Legal Counsel - Remote - Must be based in the UK. - Salary £70K Open to PQE Level, must be UK qualified.
Astral Legal are representing a Global company who are looking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to join their Legal team. This role is fully remote but the candidates must live in the UK and be a UK qualified Lawyer.
You will report into the Head of Legal, working in a team of 3 Lawyers supporting the business on all Commercial Legal matters.

You will report into the Head of Legal, working in a team of 3 Lawyers supporting the business on all Commercial Legal matters.
• Lead negotiations on a range of commercial contracts
• Support senior members of the team with review and negotiation of more complex commercial contacts
• Support the sales team and Contract Manager with new bids, addressing legal risks in a sales-friendly manner
• Undertaking contract reviews and delivering 'ready to send' legal comments to minimise workload for the pursuit lead
• Review and negotiation of supplier contracts
• Support the Paralegal with supplier validation and compliance/audit checks
• Handling light-touch dispute work working with external counsel
This is a varied Legal Counsel role with exposure to high quality work.
