Job Description
As In-House Legal Advisor, you will provide expert legal advice to support the business units and corporate functions of SS&C Group. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and suppliers, as well as maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will also participate in risk management activities and provide initial advice on disputes and claims involving the company.
