Te Ture Whānui o Waitaha, Community Law Canterbury (CLC) is a not-for-profit organisation that works to reduce and remove barriers to the law. CLC provides accessible, quality legal help and advice to people in Canterbury and the West Coast, who face barriers in accessing justice and doing so in alignment with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the values of CLC. The CLC works with key justice and social agencies to ensure the right services are available to those people who really need them.
About the opportunity
We have a part-time (15hrs a week) position available in our Legal Education Team. This role involves organising, preparing, and delivering talks on legal matters to various communities. You would be joining an existing team of four other part time educators.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
· A commitment to the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi;
