Location: Ahmedabad
CTC : Between 3.5 LPA to 5.0 LPA
Priority : Urgent
Desired Experience: 1-3 Years Legal (Non-Litigation) or secretarial experience
Desired Qualification: CS or LLB.
Advantageous Qualification: CS + LLB/LLM (Business Laws) or
CS+LLB + Core Experience in IPR Preparation and Filing.
Job Description
• Drafting & vetting of various legal documents like Agreements; deeds; contracts; NDS; T & C, Privacy Policies, IPR Policies, Risk Management Policies etc.
• Compliance with Rules and Regulations of Companies Act, RBI, FEMA etc.
• Preparation of Meeting Agendas, Minutes,
• Preparation and maintenance of Statutory Records.
• Correspondence with various stake holders, directors, governmental agencies, regulatory authorities if required
• Any other work as may be assigned by the superior related to skills and qualification of the candidate.
