Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with company, labor, intellectual property, and data protection laws.
Manage and file patent applications and coordinate with patent attorneys or agencies.
Conduct due diligence and legal research on intellectual property and licensing matters.
Maintain and organize company legal documentation and licenses.
Coordinate with external counsels, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
Support internal teams (HR, Finance, and Operations) with legal inputs.
Handle notices, correspondence, and assist in dispute resolution or contract negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
1–2 years of corporate legal experience (preferably in a tech or IT company).
Patent law experience is a must.
Strong understanding of IP laws, contracts, and corporate compliance.
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
