Responsibilities
• Drafting of various Legal Documents, Power of Attorney, Authority Letters, Notices, Replies, Etc.
• Responsible for drafting all Contracts including drafting, interpreting and negotiating Leave and License Agreements, Service Agreement, Distribution Agreements, Consultancy Agreements,
• Identifying legal risks in contracts and agreements.
• Maintaining status report of all ongoing Court cases and tracking the dates of next hearing etc. to suitably alert the officers concerned and to ensure timely and effective action,
• Co-ordinate with all the empanelled Counsels to keep abreast of ongoing Arbitration, Civil, Criminal and Consumer Cases,
• Providing Support/assistance to the in-house legal team, business, Support vertical & Legal Research.
• Coordination with lawyers, consultants for due diligence and opinions, dealing with advocate for revenue matters.
• Organize and maintain legal files.
• Legal opinion, advice on banking debt Recovery, Arbitration Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Civil matters and Criminal matters, Trademark, and other Licenses etc.
• Undertaking any other task and responsibility as assigned by the Head of the Department.
Qualification & Experience
• LLB / LLM with Minimum 5+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel and Word) & Fluent with spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
