Job description
Drafting, negotiating and vetting of agreements with Vendors in respect of trade supplies (supply or goods on outright, SOR, ROR, concessionaire, consignment basis), services (availed from various service providers), projects (services of project consultants and contractors), banks (availment of credit facilities, pledge, mortgage etc.
administration (security, housekeeping, AMC etc.), IT (MSA, license, service provider agreement, etc.), etc.
• Drafting, negotiating and vetting of Lease and Leave & License Agreements.
• Maintaining legal records (file management) and MIS of agreements executed by the Company.
• Drafting Legal notices and reply to statutory notices and legal notices for civil or commercial disputes as and when required.
• Drafting of appropriate letters and responses as and when desired by the Company.
• Drafting Pleadings and requisite written statements, applications, replies for various property, civil, criminal, IPR or consumer matter.
• Liaise with various Govt Authorities / Quasi-Judicial Authorities as and when needed.
• Handle IPR matters of the Company.
• Familiar with licenses / laws affecting retail / ecommerce.
• Representing the company before various Courts and Tribunals as and when required.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
