• Job Title: Legal Executive
• Job Description:
• Assist the in-house legal team in day to day affairs.
• Monitor contract timelines, renewals and terminations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Dealing with consumer disputes/consumer legal notices and drafting of appropriate replies.
• Research on key legal topics concerning the various business activities undertaken by the Company.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of agreements in compliance with templates/ model agreements.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date records of all legal matters, deadlines and progress.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure legal compliance in various business operations.
• Location: Our office is located on Sarjapur Main Road (Bangalore) and the legal team is required to work from office on all working days.
• Qualifications and Preferred Skills :
• We are looking for fresh law graduates/law graduates having 1-2 years experience for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Sound knowledge of law and legal principles.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and MS Office tools.
• Looking for a smart, driven, diligent individual who is keen on working in the startup space.
