Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under RERA and other real estate laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advisory support to management on business and property matters.
Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
Handle large-scale property acquisitions and liaise with government authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry practices impacting the business.
Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks and policies.
Represent the company in legal matters and coordinate with external law firms.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of relevant experience in legal functions, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
In-depth understanding of RERA, land laws, and property transactions.
Strong experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and advisory.
Proven ability to manage litigation, risk assessment, and due diligence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job description
Fresher (Males) should apply. This is a field visit centric role that requires travel.
Role Purpose
To manage and execute legal recovery actions for delinquent loan accounts, coordinate with advocates, police and recovery teams, and visit client locations for negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle legal recovery cases under SARFAESI, NI Act (Section 138), Arbitration, Civil & Criminal proceedings.
• Draft, vet, and issue legal notices, demand notices, possession notices, and replies.
• Coordinate with courts, police authorities, and district administration.
• Support collection and field teams with legal strategy and documentation.
• Scrutinize loan documents, security documents, and case files before legal action.
• Assist in fraud, employee misconduct, and investigation-related legal matters (if assigned).
• Visit customers and apprise them of legal actions & pursue settlement
Eligibility & Qualifications
• LLB (Mandatory) from a recognized university.
• Experience in legal collections/recovery in NBFC/Bank/ARC preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration, IPC, CPC, CrPC, and recovery processes.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with collections and operations teams
• Good understanding of recovery economics and timelines
• Willingness to travel to customer location and branch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
