Job Description
As Legal Executive/Junior In-House Counsel at WinLegally, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documents. You will also evaluate and review all company documents prior to signing, assist with company litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and prepare relevant documentation.
You will conduct detailed document reviews to ensure compliance and internal consistency, formulate and implement new policies related to legal compliance and governance that support business growth, and represent the company with Government departments and regulatory bodies.
Key qualifications include an L.L.B. (Bachelor's degree in Law), minimum 1 year of in-house legal experience, strong communication skills, solid understanding of litigation processes, proficiency in contract drafting and legal document review, and ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
