Job Description
Are you a talented and experienced Legal Executive with minimum 3 years PQE and ready to join our in-house legal team? Stonewood has an unmatched portfolio of property and commercial interests ranging from new developments to hotels to green infrastructure.
About the Role:
On a day to day you will be responsible for:
Drafting and reviewing leases.
Assisting with other types of property work ranging from subdivisions, covenants, easements, and title review, sale and purchase of business.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
This role would suit an experienced Legal Executive who is adaptable and enjoys the camaraderie of an in-house role that allows direct work with property experts. Ideally you would have some experience in general practice areas of law and able to support the business with drafting, research, and business document management.
Ability to work under pressure
Have excellent communication and time management skills
Commitment to Excellence: A proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to delivering exceptional services.
