Job Description: Legal Executive (Real Estate & Construction) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary Bracket: ₹20k – ₹35k per month (₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA) Experience Required: Fresher – 2 Years Role Objective We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is an entry-to-junior level role perfect for a recent law graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience who wants to specialize in real estate law and corporate compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our property dealings, contracts, and company operations are legally sound and fully compliant with local Rajasthan laws and RERA regulations. Key Responsibilities Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Sale Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Title Due Diligence: Assist in verifying property titles, conducting searches at the Sub-Registrar’s office, and preparing Title Search Reports for land acquisitions in Jaipur. RERA Compliance: Manage documentation for RERA project registrations, updates, and quarterly filings. Ensure all marketing materials and sales contracts are RERA-compliant. Legal Research: Conduct research on local Rajasthan land laws, municipal bylaws, and recent court judgments relevant to the construction industry. Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with external legal counsels, government departments, and local authorities for permits, NOCs, and legal clearances. Record Keeping: Maintain a systematic digital and physical archive of all legal notices, original property documents, and corporate filings. Notice Management: Assist in drafting responses to legal notices and coordinating for any ongoing litigation or arbitration matters. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized university. Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with a strong internship background in real estate law firms are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of the Transfer of Property Act, RERA Act, and Indian Contract Act. Proficiency in reading and drafting legal documents in both English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act is a significant advantage. Attributes: High attention to detail, ethical mindset, and the ability to explain complex legal terms to non-legal site teams.
