As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Head to manage and oversee all legal affairs for the company. Position Overview: As the Legal Head at Rudua Reality, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will serve as the primary legal advisor, providing counsel on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiation, property transactions, litigation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal Advisory: - Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on legal matters related to real estate transactions, property law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. - Review and draft contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. 2. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure the company’s operations comply with local, state, and national real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Identify potential legal risks and work proactively with the management team to develop strategies to mitigate them. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate laws and regulations. 3. Dispute Resolution and Litigation: - Represent the company in legal disputes, negotiations, and arbitration processes, as required. - Work with external legal counsel on litigation matters and manage any legal proceedings related to the business. - Develop strategies for minimizing legal risks associated with property transactions and other business operations. 4. Contract Negotiation and Drafting: - Lead negotiations for key contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and protecting the company’s interests. - Review and finalize all legal documentation related to property acquisitions, sales, leases, and partnerships. 5. Corporate Governance: - Advise the leadership team on matters of corporate governance, ensuring the company adheres to legal and ethical standards in all business practices. - Ensure that company policies and procedures are aligned with legal requirements and best practices. 6.
