Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat, for a Legal Head with specialized experience in financial operations. The primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, reviewing and drafting various legal documents, managing litigation processes, and providing legal advice for financial transactions. The Legal Head will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all financial operations are legally sound and adhere to applicable laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance for decision-making and legal assessment of financial structures.
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning within compliance frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate, financial, and regulatory laws, specifically in the field of finance.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex legal disputes and litigation.
• Strong organizational, research, and communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree in Law or a specialization in financial law is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of legal experience in the financial sector, with leadership experience being a strong advantage.
