Job description
Role: Head Legal
Client: Renewable arm of a Fortune 500 Conglomerate.
Reporting into: CEO
Education Qualifications required: LLB/ LLM
Experience required: 14 - 16 years
Location: Mumbai
Role Specifications:
(1) Incumbent should be experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating, Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, Power Purchase Agreement, Operations & Maintenance, Turnkey and other business agreements.
(2) Experience in running M&A transactions.
(3) Experience in Land Acquisition for projects.
(4) Working relationship with Law firms.
Technical/Professional Skills:
(1) Legal advisory
(2) litigation management
(3) contract negotiation
(4) regulatory compliance
(5) IPR management.
Candidate currently working as an Inhouse Legal counsel with either Renewable, EPC, Heavy Engineering, Construction platforms, etc. would be preferred.
