Job Description
Experience Required: 3+ Years.
Qualification: LLB/LLM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Disputes and Legal Concerns:
Handle legal issues related to the banks infrastructure and administrative operations.
Address disputes arising from property matters, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other infra-related concerns.
2. Documentation and Compliance:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, including lease deeds, MOUs, and other contracts related to branch infrastructure and administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in all transactions.
3. Litigation Support:
Assist in litigation matters involving the bank, including drafting notices, replies, and pleadings.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and represent the bank in hearings if required.
4. Advisory Role:
Provide legal guidance to the infrastructure and administration teams for seamless branch operations.
Advise on risk management strategies to minimize disputes and legal exposure.
5. Coordination and Reporting:
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Maintain detailed records of cases, agreements, and legal proceedings.
