Key Responsibilities
Legal Intern for 6 months duration:
Legal Research
Conduct research on legal principles, regulatory updates, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors.
Summarize findings and prepare concise legal memos or notes for internal use.
Support in Legal Case Management
Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining legal case files and records.
Help prepare case summaries and maintain internal case status reports.
Contract Review and Vetting
Support the legal team in reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and amendments.
Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Corporate Secretarial Assistance
Assist in preparation and review of corporate documents, board resolutions, and statutory records.
Support compliance with local corporate governance requirements.
Legal Research
Support in Legal Case Management
Support in vetting commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, amendments etc.

Qualifications and Requirements
Final year student of LLB or LLM
Intern will be required in office 5 days a week
