Shri Nakoda and Company is a law firm based in Mandi House, Delhi and handles litigation across civil, criminal, and commercial matters. The firm is committed to delivering effective legal strategies, whether through negotiation, mediation, or courtroom advocacy.
Role Description
This is an internship role based in New Delhi. As a Legal Intern, you will be doing:-
• Legal Research
• Court visits (Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, and other forums)
• Assistance in drafting
• Assistance in filing cases
• Prepare case briefs/case notes and other documents required by the seniors.
• The intern will be required to perform all incidental tasks relating to litigation.
Qualifications
Enrolled in 2nd/3rd Year Law student in 3 year LLB
or 3rd/4th/5th Year Law student in 5 Year LLB.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.
