Role Description
This is a legal intern role at Lex Protector in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The Legal Intern will assist associates in legal consulting, document preparation, communication, international IP prosecution, Patent research and handling various legal issues related to USPTO, EPO, CIPO, JIPO, IP India and several other IP offices in the world. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work in Ahmedabad with remote work.
Qualifications
• Strong Basic Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights
• Experience in Legal Document Comprehension
• Strong Communication skills and command over English language
• Knowledge of allied Laws
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and research skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree
This is a paid internship with stipend.
Duration of internship: At least one month.
