1. Aid in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate deals, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
2. Perform legal research on corporate governance, compliance matters, intellectual property rights, and other pertinent legal topics.
3. Support the legal team in managing corporate records, filings, and documentation.
4. Assist in creating presentations, reports, and summaries on legal issues and developments impacting the company.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to offer legal advice and support on various business projects.
6. Investor relations investor communications are compliant with securities laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding the company's reputation and minimizing legal risks.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law (LLB/LLM) at a recognized institution.
2. Strong academic background with an emphasis on corporate law.
3. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
4. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools/software.
