Responsibility -
• Conduct legal research on corporate, contract, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Support compliance with regulations and help develop policies.
• Organize and manage case files and legal documents.
• Perform administrative tasks like filing and maintaining records.
• Attend meetings and provide summaries and follow-up actions.
Qualification Required -
Pursuing LLB.
