Job Description
The practice is focused solely on providing comprehensive legal services related to property and real estate law, including:
Title verification and due diligence.
Drafting and vetting of sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements, and other transactional documents.
Representation in civil suits related to partition, specific performance, injunctions, and declarations of title.
Handling matters before RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
Advising on land use, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
Internship Responsibilities
The intern will work directly under the advocate and will be involved in the following tasks:
Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research on case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory changes pertaining to property law (e.g., Transfer of Property Act, Indian Easements Act, state-specific land laws, RERA).
Case File Management: Organize and manage physical and digital case files, ensuring all documents (pleadings, evidence, orders) are correctly filed and indexed.
Drafting & Vetting: Assist in drafting simple legal documents, including notices, affidavits, replies, and initial drafts of plaints/petitions.
Due Diligence: Aid in the process of title search and due diligence, including reviewing revenue records, mutation entries, and previous transaction documents.
Court/Office Visits: Accompany the advocate to court hearings (Civil Courts, High Court, Tribunals) and assist with routine office tasks.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education: Currently pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. degree, or a recent law graduate.
Interest: A demonstrable and strong interest in Property Law, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation.
Skills: Excellent research and writing skills, proficiency in English and/or the local language, and a keen attention to detail.
Attributes: Punctual, professional, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Note-Taking: Attend client meetings and conferences, accurately recording discussions and instructions.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
