Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
2. Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
3. Prepare summaries of legal research findings.
4. Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly archived.
5. Assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings and presentations.
6. Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Interest in gaining practical experience in various areas of law, such as corporate, litigation, or intellectual property.
• Prior legal experience in relevant areas is a plus but not required.
