About Us:
Kshetry & Associates is a distinguished law firm known for providing exceptional legal services across various practice areas. As we expand our team, we are seeking talented and dedicated lawyers to join our Kolkata and Mumbai offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and pleadings.
• Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, including evidence gathering and case strategy development.
• Represent clients in court, participate in hearings and trials as required.
• Provide legal advice to clients and assist in negotiations.
• Manage case files and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Requirements:
• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Admission to the Bar Council in India.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous legal practice experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary: ₹1,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
