Position: Tax Litigation Associate

Role Description:
As a Tax Litigation Associate, you will be engaged in representing clients, attending court proceedings, and providing expert legal advice on tax-related matters. This role involves close collaboration with senior associates and partners to deliver high-quality representation in tax litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Researching and drafting various letters, replies, and submissions.
• Providing advisory and consultancy to clients as needed.
• Assisting senior associates and partners in preparing tax matters before AO, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
• Supporting senior associates and partners with proposals and business development.
• Coordinating with clients for appeal filing and preparation of paper books.
• Managing various tax compliance tasks.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using research platforms such as Taxman.com, CurrentTaxOnline.com, TaxSutra.com, and Manupatra.com.
Qualification Required:
• LL.B.
• Experience in Direct Taxation matters is preferred.
Post-Qualification Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
Salary:
• ₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000 per annum.
