Qualifications and Experience:
• LLB Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience (preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and execute lease, leave & licence agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
• Conduct thorough due diligence of property
• Prepare and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Negotiate terms and liaise with various stakeholders
Perks:
• Competitive salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000
• Immediate joining required
