Job Description
Reporting to the AVP - Legal you will be responsible for :
Assisting in handling of lease transactions across projects
Drafting of all the leasing related legal transactions at PAN India level
Understand and prepare all the legal documents related to lease
Coordinate with client leasing team and law firms
Adherence to SOP & department procedures
Supporting Leasing AVP for closing all the transactions
Maintain all the leasing documents
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you a lawyer with 5+ years of experience. You should have experience in handling documentation for leases. Candidates with exposure to real estate/commercial/retail will be given preference.
Candidate must hold the Bar Council of India (BCI) membership, or he/she should be ready to apply for the same immediately after offer acceptance.
