Job Title: Legal Litigation Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for handling all litigation matters and reporting directly to the Head of Litigation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing case files, conducting research, discussing cases with lawyers, and representing the company in courts. You will also be responsible for managing cases related to Roop Darshan Pandey, criminal cases, and other high-stake cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all litigation matters, including preparation of case files, research, and discussions with lawyers
• Represent the company in courts and handle all cases related to Roop Darshan Pandey, criminal cases, and other high-stake cases
• Provide legal training to relevant stakeholders and update MIS on allotted cases
Requirements:
• BA LLB degree or equivalent qualification
• 1-5 years of experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of court practice, criminal law, and arbitration
• Motivated, good listener, smart worker
