Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Manager - Real Estate to join our team. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in land due diligence, legal administration, and project legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local bylaws, and will play a pivotal role in managing legal matters and agreements related to the company's real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Conduct land due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Oversee day-to-day legal administration for real estate projects. Draft, vet, and manage various legal agreements, including leases and commercial real estate contracts. Ensure adherence to local bylaws and RERA compliance for all real estate activities. Coordinate with external consultants for legal and compliance matters. Provide legal support for property management operations. Stay updated on real estate laws and advise on their impact on business operations. Handle negotiations and provide solutions to legal challenges in real estate transactions. Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization. Job Requirements: Master's degree in Law (LLM preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate legal management. Practicing Advocate in Goa preferred. Expertise in land due diligence, lease agreements, and real estate laws. Proficiency in commercial real estate, local bylaws, and RERA compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
