Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including outsourcing contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Master Rental Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, and API Integration Agreements.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of contracts, from initial drafting to final execution.
- Oversee Intellectual Property (IP) management activities.
- Prepare and send legal notices to parties as necessary, and respond to legal notices from governmental institutions.
- Spearheaded recovery management efforts, including the successful recovery of bad debt.
- Interpret contractual terms and advise management on contract deliverables and compliance obligations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications in contract management are a plus.
- Proven experience in contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and analyzing contracts.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and opportunities in contracts.
- Experience in IP management and recovery management is preferred.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
