About The Role
Drafting, Vetting, and Reviewing of various types of agreements such as Loan Agreements, Co-lending, Collections/Recovery, Master Service Agreement,Original Equipment Manufacturer Agreement, Application Program Interface Agreement, Escrow Account Agreement, Bank Guarantee Agreement, Inter Corporate Guarantee Agreement, Trademark Agreement, Software Acquisition Agreement and any other Agreement as per the Company's Requirement.
RBI Compliance - Drafting of various Policies in consonance with RBI's Master Directions for the approval of Board. Managing RBI circulars compliance.
Recovery - Secured and Unsecured - SARFAESI, Commercial Court, Negotiable Instruments Act, IBC etc.
Legal Operations - Setting up the framework for executing agreements and managing the same on an ongoing basis across the country.
Handling RBI Audit.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in an NBFC.
2-4 years in a law firm.
