Job description
Legal manager.
B.L with min 3yrs / construction company legal Executive
Degree with min 5yrs experience in construction/real estate industry as legal Executive.
Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.
Coordinate with all department for drafting & Execution of various documents like sale deed /construction agreements/ mou/ Agreements/online registration.
Coordinate with company advocates.
Handle Legal Documentation, Notices, correspondence with good communication skills.
Good knowledge in Ms office.
