Position Responsibilities
· Investigate whether compliance-related laws and regulations have been revised or not, and participate in legal violation risk analysis
· Familiarize yourself with the related work process for the compliance management area and check risks
· Provides employee guides and answers to inquiries from employees based on compliance matters, provides guidance and preparation related to compliance education, performs operation tasks for each element of the compliance program, and operates the compliance system
· Carry out Personal information protection activities
· Execute personal information protection legal regulations analysis and responses
· Legal Research, Vetting, Drafting, Commercial Law, MOU Agreements, Legal Advice, Commercial Contract,
· Contract Review, Litigation, Legal Documentation, Lawyer Activities, Legal Compliances, Internal Audit

Qualifications
Minimum 5 Years of experience of legal services in any reputed corporate with Bachelors / Masters of Law
