Job Description
Role, Duties and Responsibilities -
The JD for legal resource would broadly include the following:
• Ability to independent manage end to end Contract Management
• Exposure to managing commercial and cross border Contracts
• Drafting, reviewing & negotiating a wide range of Customer, Vendor, Partnership, and Licensing Contracts
• Vetting & reviewing public sector and large private sector bids, proposal, RFI/RFP documents
• Provide advice to cross functional groups in connection with contract executions in various geo’s as per HGS policy and processes;
• Provide legal advice on a broad range of general corporate matters, as needed;
• Wherever required develop presentations and provide training on relevant legal developments and contractual positions to various internal stakeholders of HGS;
• Identify and analyze contractual risk and solve for risk mitigation
• Support as needed, in procuring or developing in- house legal tools, uploading/updating details on the existing legal tools of HGS;
• Sound knowledge of contract laws, privacy, and data privacy law
CANDIDATE PROFILE -
• Very strong SME
• Min + years of experience in Commercial/ IT contracts from ITES industry
• Ability to understand underlying business
• Can do attitude, self- motivated with a proven track and performance history
