Designation - Legal Manager
Experience - 5+ yrs
Mandatory Exp - Corporate Law
Location - Mumbai (Andheri East)
CTC - Upto 10 LPA
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager at eBikeGo® in Mumbai. The Legal Manager will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, managing legal affairs, and providing legal guidance. They will play a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance and supporting the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various issues relevant to the organization, including but not limited to contract law, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures as necessary.
• Risk Management: Identify legal risks and provide proactive advice to management to mitigate those risks. Assist in developing strategies to minimize legal exposure and potential liabilities.
• Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance activities, including drafting resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks within the legal department, such as maintaining legal files, tracking deadlines, and managing correspondence.
• Intellectual Property Management: Support the management of intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Assist in trademark and copyright registrations, renewals, and enforcement efforts.
• Policy Development: Assist in the development, review, and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
• Corporate Law expertise and knowledge of legal regulations
• Strong understanding of legal compliance
• Ability to handle legal affairs and provide legal guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
Working Hours : 10:00 am To 7:00 pm
Working Days: Monday To Saturday.
