Job Summary:
KNS Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all litigation matters, including suits, disputes, police cases, and cheque bouncing cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
• Preparing witnesses for court appearances
• Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases
• Gathering evidence and interviewing experts
• Presenting cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws
Requirements:
• BA LLB/LLM degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural law
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal and factual materials
