URGENTLY HIRING " MANAGER-LEGAL" FROMREAL ESTATE BACKGROUNDReal Estae experience mandetorylocation kolkatasalary is no bar for right candidate Job description- Handle various types of proposals and obtaining necessary approvals and NOC's from Government bodies and authorities.- Negotiate with various concerned officials on matters where certification and approvals are required for works to start.- Liaisoning with Tashildar, DC , BBMP , BDA & all other departments for timely sanctions & action.- Well acquainted with Real Estate Central / State laws and regulations.- Drafting Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development ,Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property- Manage the execution of agreement

Ensure payment of applicable stamp duty and timely registrations of all Leases in a portfolio

Maintain track and report on a monthly basis.- Renewal & amendment of licenses.- Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.- Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions.- Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity.CALL HR 9748639269
