Hiring for Legal Manager / Lawyer / Advocate
Exp: 01- 04 Years

Sal: 50000 PM
Job description
Should possess excellent drafting skills and good understanding to vet all legal documents.
Legal Document Repository - Manage and oversee the Company's commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms and legal contracts repository
Draft and vet MOA, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds if any, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor contracts, etc.
To reply customer/advocate notices/ queries and resolve the same.
To extend support to all the group companies and co-ordinate with Head Office, Branch and Local Advocates.
Ensure proper maintenance of MIS and timely report of MIS on all Legal Cases to Head Office and Regional team
Handle court cases, Should have an exp on court setup, proceedings and available bench (single or more judges).
Prepare response on the case drafts.
•Coordinate and Brief / discussion with the lawyers for legal cases and to negotiate the fees structure of the Advocates.
Coordinate and make arrangements required for Arbitration proceedings and provide the required documents to appoint Advocate for proceeding of Arbitration. Follow up with Advocates to update on legal cases.
