Job Description
Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for drafting & vetting contracts and support the legal team.
Role and responsibilities:
• Drafting and vetting Real Estate Transaction documents such as lease, leave and license and Conveyance including conducting Title Due Diligence at PAN India level- should be able to work independently on these areas.
• Contract (non-standard) drafting and negotiation of varied nature.
• Working knowledge of Civil litigation or Arbitration will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Trademark is desirable but not necessary. Learning opportunity will be provided if interested.
• Managing legal notices, reply and other legal correspondences.
• Study, interpret and advice on applicable laws, rules, regulations based on research.
• Managing MIS for the real estate matters and other assignment.
Experience and Qualification:
• LLB with minimum 5 yrs of experience is required in the fields of real estate/ retail/ hospitality industries, with a strong background in corporate and real estate law
• Inclinations towards drafting contracts
• Excellent communication skill both written and oral to be able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interested in working in the fast paced, growing corporate environment.
