Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in jaipur, India.
We are looking for a Legal Executive / Legal Officer to support our legal, documentation, and recovery processes for secured business loans.
Qualifications
LLB from a recognized university (freshers welcome)
Knowledge of Section 138 NI Act, arbitration processes, Basic criminal/civil procedure
Experience in internships related to litigation, court work, or NBFC/banking (advantage but not required)
Proficiency in MS Office and basic MIS reporting
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
Documentation accuracy and attention to detail
