1.Educational Qualification :- LLB or LLB H’ns.
2.Experience :- Should have at least 3-5 years of experience as “Head of Operational vertical” in NBFC or Banks only.
3.Age :- 35-40 yrs.
4.Location :- Jaipur and preferably from local city.
5.Key Skills :- Excellent communication skills, team handling experience with hands on analytical part of operation data.
6.Salary :- Fixed CTC of 6 -7 lacs plus variable based of company policy. (Rest it’s negotiable for Good Talent.)
Job Description
• Conduct diligent research into legal issues and recommend revisions as needed across a range of legal documents and agreements;
• Ensure the reliable and timely execution of the company’s day-to-day legal activities;
• Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks;
• Advise the leadership team on legal matters critical to the growth of the business;
• Experience managing attorneys and legal professionals, Broad litigation subject matter experience including for example, commercial class actions, regulatory investigations/enforcement
• Ability to evaluate risk and exposure, calibrate it to company needs, and communicate to peers and executives alike
• extensive exposure in managing Recovery Litigation – Secured & Unsecured, Arbitration Cases, Insurance laws, IRDA, MVCT Matters, General Litigation.
• Experience in drafting & vetting of various legal & commercial documents such as Writs, Agreements, Memorandum of Appeals, Complaints, Notices, Affidavits, Deeds, Written Statements, General Pleadings, Legal Communications & Contracts.
• Experience in coordinating with Advocates, Law Officers, Court Staff, Police & Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Well versed with the Team handling skills and should have the hands of experience on the same.
• Ability to line up the things with all cross departmental function like, compliance, risk and audit of legal operation task
