Job Description
A leading tech company is seeking an experienced Legal Operations professional to support the legal team with Knowledge Management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an in house legal, and cross-functional, teams to enhance the organization's knowledge and training capabilities. This is a fully remote position - slated for 30 hours / week for 6 months, with potential to extend.
Scope of Work
• Title: Legal Operations (FLEX)
• Location: Remote

• Technology: Google Docs, Confluence
• Duration: 6 Months (From 1/6/2026 until 7/5/2026)
• Pay Rate: $45 - $50 / hr
Job description:
Responsibilities:
• Managing content creation and maintenance on the Legal Team’s department intranet site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge resources are up-to-date and accessible.
• Assists with the development of knowledge management tools and resources to support the onboarding and professional development of Legal Team
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and knowledge resources.
• Support the development and documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Support and manage various ad hoc projects within the Legal Team as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in training and/or knowledge management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and training development (such as Simplr, Confluence, Google Workspace, Scribe)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
