The Role Overview
A forward-thinking national law firm based in Birmingham City Centre seeks a skilled Personal Assistant to provide high-level support within their Real Estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Senior Lawyers
Be the primary point of contact for the department, handling internal and external queries
Draft correspondence and email responses
Efficiently manage demanding diaries and coordinate meetings
Facilitate travel arrangements and organise team social events
Handle invoicing and expense processing for the team
Manage billing and undertake general administrative duties
Requirements:
Experienced Professional PA from a Real Estate background
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Ideal candidate educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
Ability to confidently interact with various stakeholders
