Job Description
We are hiring Legal Professional (GM/AVP/ Head of Litigation) with strong litigation background and Corporate experiences.
- To be based at Gurgaon with over 12-14 years of in-house experience of handling litigation, potential disputes.
- Having rich experience in briefing senior counsels and drafting/vetting of petitions including research work.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters, such as contracts, transactions, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve legal objectives.
Skills set requirement-
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of civil procedure, evidence, and relevant substantive law.
• Ability to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
