Job Description
Murdoch Children's Research Institute is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their dynamic and collaborative Legal Office. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal matters, including contract review, negotiation, and advice on commercial and legal risks.
As a Mid-Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing practical and timely legal advice to researchers, clinicians, and staff across the organization. You will also assist in drafting and reviewing agreements to support research and clinical operations, as well as contribute to the management of internal policies.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on contract law, commercial risk, and regulatory compliance
Draft and review agreements to support research and clinical operations
Assist in managing internal policies, such as confidentiality agreements and complaints handling
