Coventry City Centre - up to £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

We are working in partnership with a well-established national law firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to provide a friendly, professional welcome to clients visiting or calling their lovely office in Coventry city centre.

The role will involve:
• Providing administrative support to paralegals, the office manager and other staff
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
• Distributing mail deliveries daily
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
• Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system
• Opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files

Suitable candidates will have:
• Previous experience as a receptionist, in a law firm (ideally 12 months'+)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of dealing with clients both on the telephone and in person

This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based, working+am to 5pm Monday to Friday
