Legal Receptionist – Bundall | Property, Commercial & Retirement Living Law Firm

We are a law firm based in Bundall, specialising in property, commercial, and retirement living law. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalised legal services with a strong focus on client care. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Legal Receptionist to join our close-knit team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner;

Greeting clients and managing new client enquiries;

Receiving and sending emails and filing email correspondence to client files;

Preparing and sending basic letters to clients;

Opening matters and general file maintenance;

Printing, scanning, and photocopying documents;

Handling mail;

Managing diaries and scheduling appointments; and

General administrative support to our team as required.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills;

A professional and positive attitude; and

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn legal practice management software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.56 – $32.45 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
