A Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm who provide expert compensation law advice in a professional manner. Our aim is to provide a caring and professional experience to our valued clients to reach the level of compensation that they deserve.
We are located close to public transport in the CBD and also numerous parking stations.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors as they arrive at our firm! You will need to ensure the smooth operation of all meeting facilities and associated administration tasks.
You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls in a timely and polite manner including accurate recording and sharing of messages. No two days will be the same in this busy role!
Duties will consist of but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls in a polished, polite, and courteous manner
Greeting face-to- face clients
Opening new files, preparing letters and correspondence
Planning and organising internal events, meetings and conferences
Assisting with general filing & archiving management
Assisting with general administrative tasks within our various departments
Work with legal management software systems
Maintaining office records - printing/scanning
Maintaining stock control of stationery, kitchen and office items
Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Organising maintenance for the office
Proofreading of various documents ie. advices, invoices etc
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, inclusive of couriers and maintaining the mail register.
Skills & Experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven experience in a reception or administrative role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
Great organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Management skills to meet time sensitive deadlines
Remuneration will be negotiable upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
