We Are Hiring – Legal Consultant | Core Sync
Core Sync is looking to onboard a Legal Consultant to join our growing team.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Prior experience working in a Recruitment / Executive Search Firm – Mandatory
•Lawyers with relevant exposure may also apply
•PQE: 1–4 Years
•Work Model: Hybrid
Role Responsibilities:
•Handling end-to-end legal recruitment mandates
•Client coordination with law firms and in-house legal teams
•Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview management
•Talent mapping and market research within the legal industry
•Supporting strategic hiring and advisory projects
Skill Requirements:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong stakeholder management ability
•Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
•Commercial understanding of the legal market is an added advantage
