About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented intern to assist with an important research project analyzing arbitrator challenges in AAA-administered cases. This remote position offers valuable exposure to arbitration law and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze legal documentation related to arbitrator challenges
• Collect and organize data on ethics and conflict issues in arbitration cases
• Prepare structured summaries of findings
• Assist in identifying patterns and trends in arbitrator challenge cases
Required Qualifications
• Current law student
• Strong analytical and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to understand and analyze legal arguments, particularly regarding ethics and conflicts of interest
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
Location & Schedule:
• Fully remote position
• 10-15 hours per week
• 3-4 month project-based assignment
• Competitive compensation: $20-25 per hour
